Credit / Debit Cards
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We gladly accept PayPal payments however, if your payment is made with an e-Check, your order will not be shipped until the check clears.
Gift Cards (not offering now)
Minosey Gift Cards (and eGift Cards) can be used towards your entire Minosey order, including shipping.
2. Processing Times
Orders typically take within 7 days to ship (excluding weekends and holidays).
Due to the nature of pre-orders, processing times vary. You will be informed during the pre-order checkout process of the anticipated ship date of your order.

4. Shipping Information
Standard Express usually arrives within 5-10 days after shipment.
Expedited courier can be delivered within 3-7 days.

5. Tracking Orders
The moment we print your postage you will be notified via email that your order has shipped. This email contains tracking details as well as a direct link you can click on to track your package.
If you were logged into your Minosey account when you made your purchase, your orders will be saved for easy referencing!
To track orders from your account, simply follow these steps:

Locate the order you wish to track and click on the “View Order” link
Click on the “Shipments” tab
Click “Track this shipment” or use the tracking number details provided at the bottom to track the package yourself
6. Sales Tax
Minosey.com collects sales taxes for orders delivered to the State of Nevada. We do not charge sales taxes on shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We understand that there may be times where you would like to return a particular item for a refund, exchange, or store credit. This is totally okay with us! We offer a 100% satisfaction on our entire catalog and would never leave you stuck with something you don’t absolutely love!
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be issued provided the refund request is made within 30 days of receipt of the original item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will dispatch your exchange or refund your original method of payment with the amount of your purchase price minus shipping charges.
The entire refund / store credit process takes 1 to 2 business days following the receipt of the returned goods. If we have any questions or concerns about your request or items, we will contact you by email.
